Independent SGOs. Shared purpose.

Thinking About Starting an SGO? Let's Talk.

Starting a Scholarship Granting Organization can feel like a big undertaking, but you don't have to figure everything out alone.

SGOone was founded on the belief that more independent, locally focused SGOs can create meaningful educational opportunities for students and families across the country.

We're interested in connecting with motivated individuals, nonprofit leaders, educators, community organizations and others exploring the possibilities of creating or supporting an SGO. Whether you have an early idea, are preparing to form an organization or are already underway, we'd welcome a conversation.

You don't need to use SGOone software, establish an account or make a purchase to reach out. Helping capable people move forward is part of our mission.

Meet the Founder

Behind SGOone

SGOone was founded by a technology and business professional with nearly 30 years of experience in software development, data, and business operations.

Drawing on that experience, SGOone's founder is focused on making it easier for individuals and organizations to establish and operate independent Scholarship Granting Organizations through practical guidance, affordable technology, and efficient operations.

The goal is to help more SGOs succeed while encouraging collaboration and supporting local educational opportunities.

A Personal Note

I believe the new federal scholarship tax credit creates an exciting opportunity for communities across the country.

My vision is to see more locally focused SGOs take root, led by people who understand their communities and can connect donors with meaningful educational needs.

That's what drives SGOone. I want to help encourage these local leaders, connect them with resources, and make starting and operating an SGO more achievable.

I'd welcome the opportunity to connect with anyone who shares this vision, whether or not they ever use SGOone.
