What public traffic measurement records

When enabled, SGOone counts visits to public informational pages and a few public link and FAQ interactions. Hourly and daily totals can include the public page, landing page, broad referral category, approved campaign labels, and desktop, tablet, or mobile category. Each aggregate also records its latest activity time, without an individual visit history. These totals are retained for up to 90 days, with daily cleanup.

Visitor IP addresses are checked transiently to exclude configured internal traffic, then discarded from analytics processing. They are not stored with analytics or used to identify or follow visitors. Where Cloudflare proxies requests, original visitor headers are trusted only from its published network ranges.

A small browser session-storage entry remembers the public landing page and attribution within the current tab. It contains no visitor identifier. This provides approximate tab-visit counts, not a count of unique people.

What this measurement does not collect

No analytics cookies, visitor IDs, fingerprints, stored IP addresses, full referrer URLs, arbitrary query strings, precise locations, recordings, form entries, or scholarship, student, donor, or account records. No third-party analytics service receives this data. Signed-in visitors, account pages, application forms, and private operational pages are excluded.

Videos hosted on YouTube

Video thumbnails are served by SGOone. Choosing Play or Watch on YouTube opens the video on YouTube in a new tab. SGOone does not load an embedded YouTube player. YouTube processes information under its own policies when you visit it. Google privacy policy.

Your browser choices

Public measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Blocking the measurement script does not affect the website. Automated browsers are excluded where detectable.

SGOone Update newsletter

Newsletter signup is a separate, optional subscription. We store your email address, optional name, state and role, signup page, consent and confirmation dates, subscription status, and send history. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We do not automatically subscribe SGOone account holders.

Our email delivery provider processes addresses and message content to deliver confirmation messages and newsletters. Newsletter content is sent only after confirmation. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link; no login is needed. We retain unsubscribe and suppression records to prevent unwanted sends and retain subscription and delivery history for administration. This newsletter version does not track opens or clicks. Contact [email protected] with privacy or removal requests.

Launch service inquiries

If you request a launch consultation, we store your name, email, organization name, state, formation stage, selected package, mission, website/domain status, optional notes, acknowledgement, submission date and follow-up status. Authorized SGOone administrators use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not published or copied into traffic analytics, and it does not subscribe you to marketing email. Founder conversations and collaboration

When you reach out, we store your name, email, state, optional organization, development stage, primary interest, message, submission date and follow-up status in the same private inquiry queue used by our service team. Authorized SGOone administrators review and respond to these messages. Submitting does not create an account, purchase a service or subscribe you to marketing email. Form contents are not copied into public traffic analytics. Please do not include confidential student, donor or financial information. Email [email protected] to request correction or removal.

Hosting and information you submit

The hosting service may separately maintain ordinary request and security logs; these are not this public analytics dataset. Information you deliberately submit through account or interest forms is handled by those services, not copied into traffic reporting.
